Cooled Incubators INCUBATION

MIR Cooled Incubators

Accurate, reproducible, and reliable experimental results are essential to protecting your samples and research outcomes. The MIR-cooled incubator offers a wide temperature range from -10 ºC to +60 ºC and precise temperature control through PID regulation.

This ensures minimal temperature fluctuations—±0.2 ºC during heater operation and ±1.5 ºC during compressor operation. It excels in safety, cost efficiency, and performance, making it a trusted choice for diverse research institutions worldwide.

Features

Programmable Microcomputer Control

Versatile Program Settings: Combine temperature, lighting, and timing to create up to 12-step repeatable operation. Ideal for experiments conducted during nights and holidays, studies requiring frequent setting changes, as well as microbial cultivation and preservation.

Convenient Timer Modes and Program Storage: Choose between a 24-hour clock mode or timer mode, with the ability to save up to 10 programs. Easily recall settings for frequently performed experiments, and take advantage of the program merging function.

Wide Temperature Range and High-Precision Environmental Control

Broad, Precise Temperature Control: Supports a wide temperature range from -10°C to +60°C, suitable for environmental testing, microbial cultivation, plant germination experiments, and more. Combines heater PID control with compressor ON-OFF systems to maintain a stable temperature environment.

Energy-Saving Design and Enhanced Convenience: Equipped with a low-heat-generating internal fan to boost energy efficiency. Features an automatic defrost function to prevent frost buildup during low-temperature operation. Additionally, includes timer-controlled lighting and HCFC-free high-insulation materials to reduce environmental impact.

Safety and Reliability

Automatic Temperature Alarm and Overheat Protection: If the internal temperature exceeds the set range (±1°C to ±5°C), the digital display flashes and an alarm buzzer sounds after 15 minutes. Overheat prevention circuitry activates during abnormal high or low temperatures to protect valuable samples.

Safe and User-Friendly Operation: Self-diagnosis function displays any setting abnormalities digitally for prompt response. Remote monitoring of the cooling incubator is also possible using dedicated data acquisition software.
